Client Background: Madhav is a highly experienced data analyst (IIT Delhi alum, 5+ years at top companies) specializing in data handling, analysis, and AI/ML. He transitioned from corporate life to launch Solid Upskill, offering offline data analytics courses with SQL.
Objectives
- Brand Launch: Establish a strong brand identity to differentiate Solid Upskill in a competitive market.
- Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM): A defined plan to reach and engage his target audience of aspiring data analysts.
- Online Presence & Sales: Design a user-friendly and intuitive website to effectively showcase his courses, handle enrollment and payments, and integrate with a learning management system (LMS).
