Client: Madhav Agrawal, Founder of Solid Upskill

Client Background: Madhav is a highly experienced data analyst (IIT Delhi alum, 5+ years at top companies) specializing in data handling, analysis, and AI/ML. He transitioned from corporate life to launch Solid Upskill, offering offline data analytics courses with SQL.

Objectives

  • Brand Launch: Establish a strong brand identity to differentiate Solid Upskill in a competitive market.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM): A defined plan to reach and engage his target audience of aspiring data analysts.
  • Online Presence & Sales: Design a user-friendly and intuitive website to effectively showcase his courses, handle enrollment and payments, and integrate with a learning management system (LMS).

Recommended a mix of online channels (social media, content marketing, videos) and offline tactics (partnerships with local tech communities/companies, active participation at istart Nest Kota, workshops) to reach the target audience.
